Hi, there! My name is Dawn Bhajan, and I am an artist, business woman, quiet-aholic, wife, and mom of two children and an energetic puppy.
I spent the last 10 years squashing my creative aspirations under a rock… because I had no idea what to do with them, and my inner perfectionist was riding the emergency brakes! Recent retirement from an all-consuming CEO position at our family bicycle shop forced me to confront my lurking fears - not good enough, not fast enough, not creative enough, not worthy enough…
In the end, I discovered what I knew all along…
I need to CREATE!!
There is so much that fascinates me that I’ve decided to embark on a creative quest. As a modern day Renaissance woman. With a blog, and a mission to add value to people’s lives.

My not-so-secret dream is to get crafty using something from EVERY SINGLE SHELF at JoAnn’s.
I collect salt and pepper shakers. Over 500 pairs and counting. My husband is not amused.
My favorite time of day is late at night, when everyone’s sleeping, and I can recharge my introvert batteries.
I’m inspired by women in business, and run a popular semi-monthly Women’s Entrepreneurship program out of our bicycle shop.
I believe with every fiber of my being that we’ve all done something amazing that we wish someone else knew about.
Creativity should be an adventure!
